I am logged into My Ambassador Sailing but can only see a previous cruise?

If you are logged into My Ambassador Sailing and can only see a previous cruise, there are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue. Here are some things to try:


1. Check that you are logged into the correct account. Make sure you are using the same login credentials that you used to book your upcoming cruise.


2. Look for the 'Link a Booking' button. This button is located on the top right side of the screen. Click on it and enter the details for your upcoming cruise. This will add your new booking to your list of sailings with us and can be managed.


3. Contact customer support. If you have tried the above steps and are still unable to see your upcoming cruise, please contact our customer support team. They will be able to assist you in resolving the issue and ensuring that you have access to all of your bookings.
