Can I request to have my cruise documentation by post?

All cruise information and documentation will be available online only through our ‘My Ambassador Sailing’ facility. This is a secure online portal where you can access all the information you need about your upcoming cruise, including your itinerary, boarding passes, and any other important documentation.

To access ‘My Ambassador Sailing’, you will need to create an account on our website using your booking reference number. Once you have logged in, you will be able to view and download all the necessary information about your cruise.

We understand that some customers may prefer to have a physical copy of their documentation, so we can also assist our guests at the port in checking in.
