For all cruises, we will send scheduled emails to you as follows:
85 days prior to departure, you will receive an email outlining the dates that we will communicate to you.
60 days prior to departure, you will receive an email prompting you to check if there are any Visa requirements or passenger locator forms.
21 days prior to departure, you will receive an email with details of embarkation as well as car parking or coach vouchers if you have these booked.
14 days prior to departure, you will receive an email with information about activities on your cruise, as well as destination specific information.
72 hours prior to departure, you will receive an email providing you with a link to your My Ambassador Sailing account to check in for your cruise. This will be followed by reminder emails at 48 hours and 24 hours with the same information.
Please Note:
Guests who have not received the relevant emails can request us to resend it if they call or email guest services, we can also check to ensure the email address we have is correct. We cannot send any of these communications via post.
