I have cancelled my cruise and I am due a refund, when will I receive this?
Answer:
Refunds can take up to 14 working days to return to the original card the payment was made with. If you have booked through a travel agent, this may take longer.
Please Note:
We are unable to refund any monies to an alternative card to the one that was originally used to make payment. This is due to money laundering regulations.
