If you have booked a cruise with us and would like to cancel, we understand that sometimes plans change. However, we do require all guests to have travel insurance, as deposits are non-refundable. If you would like to cancel your cruise and receive a refund for your deposit, we advise you to contact your insurance company to enquire about claiming this.
Please note that we are not able to advise as to whether your travel insurance will cover your cancellation charge. This will need to be advised by your insurance company. We recommend that you review your policy carefully to determine if you are covered for cancellations and what the terms and conditions are.
If you have any questions or concerns about cancelling your cruise, please do not hesitate to contact our Guest Services team. We are here to assist you and provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision.
We appreciate your understanding and hope that you will consider booking with us in the future. Thank you for choosing our cruise line for your travel needs.
