When I log in to My Ambassador Sailing, it automatically logs out the other guest on the booking, why is this?

When you log in to My Ambassador Sailing, the system automatically logs out the other guest on the booking because the account is linked to the booking. This means that only one account can be linked to each booking, and when you log in, the system recognizes you as the lead guest and logs out the other guests.

We understand that this may be inconvenient for some guests, but it is a necessary measure to ensure the security and privacy of each guest's information. By having only one account linked to each booking, we can ensure that only authorized individuals have access to the booking details and personal information of each guest.

To avoid any confusion or inconvenience, we advise the lead guest on the booking to manage it for everyone. This means that the lead guest should be the one to log in to My Ambassador Sailing and make any necessary changes or updates to the booking. If other guests need access to the booking information, the lead guest can share it with them.
