How can I view a copy of my invoice?

To view your invoice online, follow these steps:


1. Log in to your My Ambassador Sailing account.

2. Search for your booking using either your Cruise code, Booking Reference or Surname

3. Select the booking you would like to view the invoice for.

4. Click on the "My Booking" Tile

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Download Invoice" button.


Your invoice will then be displayed on the screen for you to view, download or print.


If you have any issues accessing your invoice online, please contact our Guest Services team who will be happy to assist you. Please note that if you have made a booking through a travel agent, you will need to contact them directly to obtain a copy of your invoice.


We recommend that you keep a copy of your invoice for your records, as it contains important information such as the total cost of your booking, any additional charges, and payment details.
