- Your sailing date is more than 90 days away: If your sailing date is more than 90 days away, you will not be able to log in yet. Please try again once you are within 90 days of your sailing date.
- Your email address and name do not match our records: Please make sure that you are entering the same email address and name that we have on your booking. This information should match exactly to the details on your invoice.
- You are using the wrong booking reference: If you have booked through a travel agent, please note that their booking reference will not work on our website. You must use our reference, which begins with IAM.
- You have forgotten your password: If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the "forgotten password" button to reset it via email.
