Can I transfer my cruise to a later date?

We are able to offer a transfer to another cruise, as long as this is prior to 90 days to departure. The new cruise must be a minimum of 6 nights, equal or higher value to the cruise you currently have booked, and a £50 administration fee will be applied per person.


To transfer your cruise, please either call Guest Services on 0808 102 8031 or email cancellations@ambassadorcruiseline.com and a member of our team will discuss the transfer with you. Please note, if you have booked through a travel agent, we are unable to advise on cancelling your booking and you must contact your agent.


Transferred bookings still fall under the same booking conditions, and cancellation of the transferred booking will be at the relevant cancellation charge, as well as the administration fees. Currently, this is not available for guests to do online, so they must contact us either via phone or email. Multiple transfers are not permitted, only one per booking.
