The price of the cruise I have booked has been reduced, can you refund me the difference?

Please note that the cruises featured on our website operate on fluid pricing, whereby prices may fluctuate over time. 

We are unable to modify the price of your cabin fare as it was the agreed rate at the time of booking. While our fares can go down in price, they can also go up in price and we would never ask you to pay more money, as we must honour the price you agreed to pay.



We can sometimes offer a complimentary upgrade to a higher grade cabin that is more in line with what the guest has paid, but we cannot guarantee this can be done for all guests. We cannot apply onboard credit as compensation.
