To pass on feedback or make a complaint regarding the service you have received prior to sailing with us, please send an email to: guestservices@ambassadorcruiseline.com  


For any post cruise queries, please use our dedicated Guest Correspondence facility on our website. 


For any queries, feedback or comments whilst onboard, please visit our Reception team who will be happy to assist you.


Post Cruise feedback can take up to 28 days for a response from the date of receipt, if a guest has booked through a travel agent, the response will be sent to them.
