Can I request assistance for embarking onto the ship?

At the Port:


If you require assistance at the port, please inform us at the time of booking or contact our customer support team at least 48 hours prior to your departure. We will make a note in your booking and inform the port staff. However, we strongly recommend speaking to a member of staff at the port as well, as they may not always have access to the information in your booking.


Once you arrive at the port, please proceed to the check-in area and inform the staff that you require assistance. They may ask you to take a seat and wait until a member of staff is available to assist you. Once assistance is available, they will guide you up until the gangway.


Onboard the Ship:


Please note that we do not offer any assistance onboard the ship, except for guests booked in accessible cabins in the event of an emergency. Our crew members are not trained to provide personal assistance to guests, and we strongly recommend that you bring a companion who can assist you throughout your journey.
