Will any complimentary cabin upgrades be available?

If you are interested in receiving a complimentary upgrade, it is important to select the ‘Complimentary Upgrade’ option at the time of booking. This will ensure that you are considered for any available upgrades.

It is important to note that complimentary upgrades are only available for pre-cruise upgrades. Any upgrades that become available once onboard will be chargeable. If you are interested in upgrading your cabin once onboard, you can speak to the Guest Services team who will be able to provide you with more information on the available options.

If you are lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade, your new cabin number can be confirmed up until online check-in opens, 72 hours before sailing. 

Please note, opting in for complimentary upgrades means that you can be moved to any grade of cabin above the one you have booked, and this can be at any position on the ship. It's also important to note that if you receive a complimentary upgrade, you may be placed into a cabin with upper berths, fixed double beds or a bathtub as opposed to a walk-in shower. Additionally, if you would like to remain next door to a travelling companion, this can also mean you are separated.
